A bit different this week, as we only have games on two courts so please make sure your on time so we don’t get to late!
Don’t forget is your playing in the first game can you please be there early and help set up the courts!

C Grade: 12:30pm on court 2

The First Round of 2011!

There are a few change coming to the 2011 season.

C Grade taking on the u19′s
The C graders will play the u19′s but the premiership ladders will stay separate so don’t worry, this has been done just to give everyone a little variety. This wont happen for the first three weeks just so it can be adjusted if necessary.

B Grade gets bigger
This year we have entered two B grade teams, the teams have not been fully sorted out yet but any information will be passed on asap. So with the addition of this extra team feel free to introduce friends and family to the great sport of korfball, more the merrier!

The Important Information

Court set up – Home team to put down lines and away team are to set-up post (stadium will be open from 1:00pm).
Court take down – Both teams are expected to remove lines and pack away post.
Scorers – As always we need scorers and people to do the shot clock and game clock.

I urge you to be on time and ready for your game as the game clock with be started on time so if you late everyone loses game time.

B Grade:
Arista R:3:00pm on court 2
Arista Y:3:00pm on court 3
C Grade: 4:30pm on court 2
U/19′s: 1:00pm on court 3
Be sure to hang around and watch the under 23′s play against a team from A Grade at 4:30pm.
The team will be the team that has a bye that week.
This week its will NAKC.
There is sure to be some Arista Representatives playing

Season 2011

Trainings are at Hamilton again. Tuesdays 7-8:30 for all and A grade until 9.

First training is on the 1^st of March so only 13 sleeps away.

Season kicks off Sunday the 20^th of March at ETSA as per usual.

We had a party but no AGM. We need to have one. Alan Browne has offered to help us host this on a Friday night at the dome prior to the 36ers game (They are a Basketball team apparently). We can meet in a private room prior to the match, get the formalities out of the way and then enjoy the game together. The date is Friday the 4^th Of March. To get this organised we need numbers asap. Once you confirm we can book tickets, Payment will need to be to Alan once you have confirmed. Ticket prices:

Congrats For Another Season

The end of another season has arrived and the club is lucky enough to have been in the A Grade final.
Bringing home the gold for a 3rd year in a row. The other grades weren’t as lucky but still did a fantastic to make it into third spot.
The final was a edge of your seat game with only one goal to win in the dying minutes of the game.
